**What You'll Do**:
As a Program Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our digital product portfolio through effective program & project management to ensure business success for Aristocrat in an everchanging environment.
You will hold the vision and operational oversight and your contribution will allow Aristocrat to thrive in a high-performance environment and deliver a robust and exciting gaming experience to our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end ownership of product delivery and commercialisation
- Leverage operational excellence as well as leading and engaging cross organisational and functional teams to deliver on priorities
- Planning, scheduling and successful execution of various product development programs
- Lead a focused 'roadmap/big picture' view and be the owner of the finer details of the program
- Communication of program status, performance, risks and dependencies
- Coordinate, and collaborate with stakeholders in managing scope, schedule, risk and communication activities related to projects
- Foster a supporting culture and establish efficient framework for seamless collaboration and communication across the organisation
We work flexibly here at Aristocrat and have a hybrid work model, this role is based out of our head office in North Ryde with the option to work from home.
**What We're Looking For**:
You are execution and delivery focused with proven leaderships skills that allow you to establish a culture of collaboration and mentorship that encourages the growth of the team.
- Extensive experience in Program or Project management in a global organisation
- Experience in full life cycle program management, including planning, budgeting, estimating
- Excellent project-management skills including experience in planning, executing, and controlling mid-size projects with large volume
- Accustomed to working in a distributed team environment, where coordinating efforts across multiple teams is critical to success
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skill
- Experience with Atlassian’s product suite (JIRA and Confluence), Power BI, Smartsheet, MS Project Plan software
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or other technical discipline is highly regarded
