THE ROLE
CSR have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our team in in our Mawson Lakes Office in South Australia
You will play an essential role in representing our business Customers are the key to our continued success and this role will assist our team in providing an excellent customer experience every time If you are seeking an innovative industry, with engaging customer experiences and a sense of accomplishmentthis is the role for you.

**A typical day looks like**:

- Responsible for day-to-day facilitation of customer inquiries and orders achieving agreed service outcomes through the Distribution Network.
- Responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of all tasks and orders, confirmation and managing stock & transport availability.
- Providing clear and accurate communication with external and internal stakeholders, guaranteeing agreed service outcomes.
- To drive a culture based on an uncompromising commitment to safety.
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday - 07:00am - 04:00pm (flexible)

**You will have the following**:

- Have high energy and enthusiasm with exceptional communication skills
- Be passionate about customer service with suitable experience to match
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills, SAP experience desirable
