Academic Services Officer

Based in UniSA STEM at the Mawson Lakes Campus
- Two full-time, fixed-term contract positions available until October 2025 and December 2025
- Commencement Salary: $72,943 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

You are a skilled administrator with a passion for organisation and providing high-quality customer service. You have high-level attention to detail and can work to competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Team Leader: Academic Services, you will be responsible for undertaking a broad range of administrative activities associated with the delivery of UniSA STEM’s courses and programs.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Post-secondary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience
- Experience in administrative roles within team-based service environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the preparation of materials and liaising with diverse stakeholders to deliver quality customer service
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities under broad direction
