**The detail**:

- Partner with Product and Technology teams to develop and implement content for website personalisation initiatives
- Process mapping to capture customer journeys and workflows plus creation of solution blueprints / documentation for effective solutions / processes
- Create audiences and segment student and prospect database to target relevant customer segments to drive lead conversion, student engagement and new product cross-sell
- Work with the in-house creative team to produce engaging and relevant content
- Analysis and reporting

**You**:

- Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, Technology or related
- Strong technical experience with marketing automation tools; e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) [preferable], Adobe, Responsys, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Silverpop, etc
- Experience working with developers / solution architects to articulate complex solutions into a scope of work
- Experience briefing and optimising creative to improve communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great people skills and strong stakeholder management skills
- A team player with a willingness to learn and solve problems
