**Your new role**
Responsible for the development of the Shopper Execution a team that brings to life the brand and category plans in the On Premise channel, in a manner that is on strategy whilst delivering the sales outcomes that are necessary to achieve overall budget expectations.
- Develops the strategic channel shopper execution plans, taking into account the translation of the brand and category plans.
- Leads the creation of innovative and impactful shopper marketing solutions that positively influence the shopping experience and behaviour on the full path to purchase in the on premise channel.
- Lead, plan and execute the shopper initiatives with key contracted customers, taking into account customer strategy and ambition, ensuring plans are relevant, drive footfall into venue, increasing brand visibility and driving revenue.
- Applies shopper insights that support individual campaigns and build capability that understands full ROI impact.
- Partners with shopper strategy and insights manager to develop the on premise channel and consumer behaviours.
- Oversee campaign execution results and post analysis to ensure continual optimisation of execution.
- Own shopper processes and planning, ensuring these contribute to and integrate with the media connections model to drive efficiencies, a shopper voice and maximise A&P investment.
- Ensure effective management of third party agency partners, challenging their creative thinking and execution solutions to encourage executional excellence and differentiation in the market.
- Manage a team of 4 direct reports, foster a culture of trust and support, encourage collaboration and sharing of best practice. Develop and lead direction reports in line with Lion leadership behaviours and coach their capability.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Great communication, ability to articulate an inspiring vision in a clear and engaging manner.
- Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management.
- Strong capability in leading and developing people to drive performance.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Deep understanding of the best in class Shopper marketing practices.
- Understanding the qualitative and quantitative studies to dissect issues and drive opportunities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Deep experience in shopper, activation across brand and customers.
- Experience of driving and leading change.
