**Your new role**
The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for owning the creation and amplification of the Brand as a leader in Strategy & Design, as well as using a range of marketing and communication channels. In this role the Marketing & Communications Manager will also measure the results of the marketing activities undertaken.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to showcase key projects.
- Manage design award submissions.
- Produce and regularly update case studies, videos, marketing material including event collateral etc.
- Manage the LinkedIn paid ads. Creating content and posting when approved.
- Maintain photography for the business, including head shots, team shots and project photography & videography.
- Manage all changes to the website, working with the web developer to make all changes.
- Assist with the promotion and delivery of webinars. Assisting with editing the videos and communicating across multiple channels.
- Mange the HubSpot tool, ensuring data is regularly reviewed and updated.
- Help to execute on the annual event calendar, including webinars, in-house and external physical events.
- Liaise with 3rd party content providers where applicable to generate insightful content to elevate the business.
- Develop an in depth understanding of the target market audience personas.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, technology and best practices within the industry.
- Be aware of emerging trends that may impact the forecast for short, medium
- and long-term market opportunities.
- Create and manage the marketing content calendar.
- Manage all social media channels.
- Create all case study content including blogs, white papers, executive summaries and employee bios.
- Work with internal stakeholders on internal communication initiatives, assisting with the development of digital and written communication that assists with building the employer brand.
- Liaise with our paid search agency to co-ordinate paid media campaigns.
- Liaise with our SEO agency to assist with implementing recommendations to improve our search engine performance
**What you'll need to succeed**
- 6-8 years experience in B2B digital marketing
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Deep knowledge of all social media channels
- Experience with HubSpot, certification would be highly regarded
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook and Google ad platforms is a bonus
- Superior communication skills, both written and oral communication.
