**About your new role**:

- Create and drive a culture committed to injury prevention, WHS & Environmental compliance.
- Make important policy, planning and strategy decisions.
- Analyse daily workload and planning of the same to ensure efficiency & service throughout
- Strong people management skills.
- Create and maintain a process and systems driven team.
- Shows an ability to guide and mentor all employees within the division.
- Meet all budgeted targets for the division throughout the year
- Lead and drive a safety focused division and branch.
- Organizing workflow, transport and necessary resources to meet deadlines.
- Estimating operations costs and preparing budgets for executive management.
- Implement strategies that maximize a profitable operation and minimize costs wherever possible
- Weekly reporting on all areas of the division.
- Lead and develop a team that is customer centric and values the importance of exceptional internal and external customer service.
- Account Management of top tier customer base.
- Lead by example in all areas, driving company values at any opportunity.
- Lead, coach, mentor Managers at all levels, providing direction in all HR/IR matters.
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement.

**About you**:
**Essential**:

- Relevant training to a minimum of Cert IV level.
- Formal qualification (Diploma or above) in industry specific.
- Excellent understanding or formal training of WHS compliance.
- Excellent understanding or formal training in the HR/IR space.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on Customer Service.
- Working knowledge of Transport, Rail, Logistics and Warehousing systems & practices.
- Demonstrates excellent leadership and teamwork qualities.
- Demonstrated experience managing people at all levels.
- Previous P&L and/or cost centre accountability.
- Facilities management.
- MHE management.
- Understanding of the Fair Work Act or any other industry specific awards or agreements.
- SAP Knowledge an advantage.
- Genuine commitment to safety.
