We are seeking an experienced Operations Manger to oversee the overall operation of our Fabrication Workshop and achievement of businesses goals. The Operations Manager is instrumental in ensuring each team understands and achieves its objectives as well as working collectively to achieve overall success.

Critical to the success of this role, you will have strong leadership experience.

Reporting to the Managing Director and working in a challenging and rewarding environment, your responsibilities will be:

- Provide strategic advice in developing, implementing and review operational procedures and policies
- Ensuring All West Engineering achieves a standard of excellence in service delivery to all stakeholders and health and safety.
- Manage and report on Operation team
- Provide financial monthly management reports to Executive team
- Provide authentic leadership for each team ensuring you mentor and guide their personal and professional growth
- Perform quality controls of processes and monitor
- Implement safety programs and ensure compliance with all safety policies

What you’ll bring:

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager preferably in a Fabrication environment
- Commercial and operational acumen enabling you to improve operational running costs
- Experience leading teams through commitment to achieve business objectives
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills to make quick decisions
- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvements strategies
- Demonstrated experience with management reporting
