Nexus Kleen was established in 2015 and since then has been growing exponentially. We manage over 180+ commercial premises and offices. Nexus Kleen is currently looking at growing their operations and as such will require an operations manager. We have some ambitious goals which we are trying to achieve in the next few years. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business, including scheduling, staff management, and customer service. The Operations Manager will ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner and that customer satisfaction is met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement policies and procedures for all cleaning operations
- Schedule and manage staff, including hiring and training new cleaners
- Fortnightly inspection of our regular sites
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee the budget and financial operations of the business
- Continuously assess and improve cleaning processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the cleaning industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Strong understanding of financial and budget management
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must be able to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Six month probationary period regarding the performance of the applicant will be applied

**Salary**: From $77,350.00 per year

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perth WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Management: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
