**Key Role Responsibilities**
- Help the company develop effective marketing strategies and position the business in the market.
- Enhance brand awareness and increase lead generation.
- Design and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Organize and manage real estate events such as property expos and client appreciation events.
- Work closely with the sales team to assist in converting leads into actual transactions.
- Effectively manage the marketing budget and allocate resources appropriately.
- Create high-quality content for websites, and social media in line with brand objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, sponsorships, events, and KPIs.

**Person Capabilities** **Essential**
- Background in marketing, media, or related fields.
- Familiarity with major media platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and TikTok.
- Excellent marketing planning and execution skills.
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and develop targeted marketing plans.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with internal teams and external media.
- 3 years of relevant work experience preferred, with a basic understanding of the real estate industry.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
