We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team in Padstow and make a real difference in students' lives

Guided by our mission to support 1,000 students by 2030, we provide structured tutoring programs in Maths, English, and Science, aligned with the NSW curriculum for Years K-12.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to parents and students.
- Guide families in enrolling in 10-week tutoring courses aligned with the NSW curriculum.
- Build long-term relationships by ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional tutoring services tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of our programs and support families in making informed decisions.
- Foster a welcoming environment and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Customer service and sales experience, preferably in a tutoring or educational environment.
- Completion of high school in Australia, with familiarity with the NSW curriculum.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in an education-focused role or tutoring centre.
- Knowledge of Year K-12 curriculum and student learning requirements.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term relationships.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
