**About Us**

Pioneer Education is a leading tutoring centre helping K-12 students improve in Maths, English, and Science. We provide **structured 10-week tutoring programs** aligned with the NSW curriculum, helping students achieve real academic success.

We’re expanding our team and looking for an **enthusiastic Customer Service & Sales Representative** to **engage with parents, promote our tutoring programs, and drive enrolments** at our **Padstow** location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sell** our tutoring programs to parents (warm leads) and help them choose the right course for their child.
- **Handle inquiries** and provide clear information about our services.
- **Build strong connections** with families and ensure a smooth enrolment process.
- **Address concerns and objections** (e.g., cost, scheduling, or program benefits).
- **Strong communication** to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Sales or customer service experience** (preferably in education or tutoring).
- **Strong communication and persuasion skills** (you must be able to sell).
- **Confident in handling objections** and guiding customers to the right solution.
- **Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required**.
- **High school completion in Australia** (familiarity with NSW curriculum is a plus).
- **Available to work at our Padstow centre** weekdays 3-7pm and Saturdays 8-4:30pm
