**We are seeking Full Time Permanent, Inbound Sales Consultants to join our team based in Padstow. This is a sales role, where the calls come to you.**

**About the Role**:

- Providing a great customer experience to our customers.
- Supporting customers throughout the full lifecycle of their enquiries.
- Exploring customer needs to ensure we are offering our full scope of services.
- Communicating and articulating the features and benefits of booking with O’Brien AutoGlass.
- Structured work environment, family culture, supportive leaders.

**About your Roster**:

- ** Commencing rate - $29.54/hr +commission.**:

- Comprehensive training and onboarding program to set you up for success
- ** Training hours** will be Monday to Friday for 4 weeks from 09.00am - 5.00pm.
- Padstow based head office with free onsite parking.
- ** Rotating roster**:Will be between 8.00am and 10.00pm (Monday-Sunday)
- Your roster will also be supportive of a flexible and work/life balance.
