Our client is seeking a skilled LMS L&D Training Administrator, initially this is for a 3 month contract, though the project is likely to run much longer. Applications must be available to work onsite in south-west of the Sydney central / 2 days working from home

**Responsibilities / Requirements**:

- Generate and analyse reports on training compliance, user progress and course completion.
- Provide support to users encountering problems.
- Use Excel functions and Vlookup / pivot tables to analyze LMS data.
- Develop spreadsheets for training programs, tracking expenses and allocations.
- Upload, organize, and update training courses in the LMS.
- Plan and schedule training sessions.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance and completion.
- **MUST BE AN AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN TO OBTAIN SECURITY CLEARNACE**
