**About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Leadership & Learning, you will be joining a team of passionate learning professionals that drive and support talent, learning and development at AMP, and be a valued member of the wider People & Culture team.

In this role you will be responsible for the management and administration of AMP’s new Learning Management System (LMS) and will help drive a digital approach to learning. You will work collaboratively with our business units that support the induction and ongoing learning and development needs of our front line, client services employees.

**Key responsibilities of this role**
- Be the custodian of the LMS, including governance framework, standards, education and advice to learning and capability teams
- Partner with the P&C systems team and external vendor to ensure we are leveraging our technology solution and driving an enterprise approach to LMS adoption
- Manage learning content in the learning system; uploading, testing, publishing, updating as required
- Consult with business SMEs and capability team members to design, curate and develop engaging learning content for our employees.
- Develop digital learning assets to support the learner experience for example infographics, e-learning modules, videos, learning paths etc
- Reporting and measurement of program adoption and effectiveness

As an early adopter of learning technology and an experienced instructional designer, you will ensure we are effectively leveraging technology to help us realise our learning goals.

You love working in environments that require you to manage multiple priorities and/or projects and where you can leverage your stakeholder engagement skills.

You bring the following skills and qualifications:

- Experience in instructional design
- Tertiary level qualifications in adult learning (e.g., Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma in Training Design)
- Qualification and or experience in graphic design will be highly regarded
- Proficient in the use of digital learning tools (.g. eArticulate 360, Rise, Vyond, Storyline, Camtasia)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, in particular Excel, Word and Powerpoint and MS365 suite, including MS Teams, Stream, Forms, Sharepoint, OneDrive, OneNote, Whiteboard etc.
- Knowledge and experience of using Power apps - Power Automate, Power Bi etc.
- Advanced knowledge of LMS systems (Oracle LMS desirable)
