**THE ROLE**

Reporting into and working closely with a passionate and dynamic L&D Manager in a team of 2, our client is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator who will play a crucial role in the growth and development of the business and its people, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to fulfil their potential and meet the needs as the business grows and transforms.

You will have strong involvement in driving the learning strategy, mapping out training plans and schedules, designing & developing training programs and choosing appropriate training methods as required. There is the opportunity for you to be involved in facilitating in house learning. You will champion and manage the LMS system; tracking attendance, reporting and uploading new courses. You will develop and manage internal and external stakeholders, particularly with outsourced learning suppliers.

**THE CRITERIA**

To be successful in the role, you should have:

- Strong communication skills with experience managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- High standards, a good work attitude and a "can-do" approach.
- Be proactive and highly motivated.
- Passionate about learning and developing people.
- Demonstrated knowledge of effective learning & development methods
- Experience working with an LMS system.
- Some facilitation experience or interest in this space will be highly regarded.
- Degree in Human Resources or similar.
- Approximately 2+ years or more L&D or HR work experience.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.
- Be immediately available to start
