**Job description**

This role will involve using our personal or client social media and other digital platforms to generate leads. This will primarily be for our Real Estate clients so we will mainly be looking to generate seller leads (vendor leads) for our clients. You will be given as many recourses as possible but also given as much flexibility to deliver the required results, both in your own time and in your own way.

This role can be done from home or from our office in South Yarra. Have as much flexibility as you need.

**Who are we?**

Meson Agency offers professionals (primarily real estate agents) access to sales assistants who have been trained and practised in both prospecting, lead generation, database management and over the phone selling. The team is trained to generate leads, identify potential buyers, qualify clients and maximise the potential of an existing database.

We are a young team, we host weekly games and activities, have monthly prizes and a points system.

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for someone with prior experience (or can prove they are capable) in generating leads through digital marketing. We also want someone who is creative, enthusiastic and can bring a positive attitude to a fun office environment and is happy to work from home where possible.

**Salary**: Starting at $30 per hour and scaling depending on experience.

**Hours**: Minimum of 10 hours per week but hours will be based entirely on your flexibility.

**Expected start date**: As soon as possible

**Job Types**: Casual, Part-time
