**About the job**

An exciting opportunity exists to join the UPG Team. A Full Time Marketing Coordinator/Marketing Specialist position is now available with United Physiotherapy Group.

This is very much a varied and hands-on role working autonomously and reporting directly to the Office Manager and GM - Strategy, People & Performance. Regular projects will include development of marketing collateral, planning digital content along with some general administration work.

Here at UPG, you will find a group of physiotherapists who are passionate about delivering exceptional care in across multiple health care settings. Broadly, our group works in aged care facilities and in the community across VIC, NSW, QLD, TAS and WA improving the quality of life for thousands of aged care clients. In addition we have a Flagship Studio where we provide Pilates, Yoga and Private Physiotherapy service along with sports physiotherapy services to local clubs. As a member of the UPG team, you will have an incredible opportunity to work across a variety of settings in addition to your Residential Care caseload.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Plan and manage the marketing calendar and events
- Coordinate the planning, production and delivery of marketing campaigns including social media, external promotions and newsletters.
- Plan and create high quality video, written and visual content in multiple forms of media, materials and publications and distribute across a range of channels to raise the United Physiotherapy Group/UPG Studio profile and increase external engagement.
- Manage and maintain website and SEO
- Researching potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services and collecting and analysing data and other statistical information
- Commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing United Physiotherapy Group’s services

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in marketing, communications, digital media or other appropriate qualifications that can be supported by work experience in a similar varied role.
- Confidence with using Google Documents, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe, Canva, iMovie, Squarespace, Iconosquare, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & Mailchimp would be beneficial or willingness to learn.
- Have exceptional time management and organisation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with our clients and team
- Attention to detail
- Strong initiative and good problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Appropriate working visas - no visa restrictions

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
