**About the role**
Reporting to the SAED Manager, the Property Officer will be responsible for delivery of all property functions associated with the acquisition of new and existing facilities as part of the SAED program delivery.

The role offers hybrid working between our new offices in **Cremorne **and **Working from home.**

**This role can be based out of any of the major states of Australia.**

**What you will be doing**
- Acting responsibly, taking care of self and others with respect to health, safety and the environment
- Liaising with landowners
- Providing general advice to inform and support wider Site Acquisition and Environmental team
- Actively use internal and external work management systems to track and report on progress of work
- Liaise with legal team for lease or license instruction, discussion, and execution.

**About you**
- Formal Property, Land, Environmental or similar qualification (Desirable)
- Experience within Telecommunications or construction (Desirable)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong experience with computer software: Office, Database systems
