This position goes beyond traditional account management, requiring strategic leadership of a select group of high-value commercial customers who collectively generate over $1.5 billion in revenue and $30 million in gross margin annually These relationships are regarded as key partnerships, and the primary objective will be to continue to strengthen them. - Be the face of Origin Zero to major business clients across key industries. - Own the relationship end-to-end, from onboarding and engagement through to growth and retention. - Spot opportunities for value-adds, energy solutions, and innovation that align with your customers business goals. - Resolving an issue or recommending a strategic solution. - Partnering internally with sales, product, pricing, legal, and marketing teams to deliver seamless service. - Advocate for the customer while delivering results for Origin Zero. **What will you bring?** You will not just be "sales" or "service", you will bring both to this role.
