**About the role**

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of high value Enterprise accounts for Origin Zero, ensuring the satisfaction, retention and growth of your accounts are aligned to particular industry segments. Partnering with clients who are focused on their journey toward Net Zero, you will build strong trusted relationships with key stakeholders to develop innovative decarbonisation solutions such as; solar, battery energy storage, gas co-generation, centralised hot water and metering.

**Duties**
- Act as a trusted advisor to high value accounts by developing a deep understanding of each customer’s unique business needs, goals and challenges
- Anticipate customer needs, proactively address any potential challenges or issues that may arise and resolve escalations
- Identify opportunities to maximise value delivered to customers and grow revenue within your assigned portfolio
- Proactively engage customers throughout their lifecycle with Origin Zero to enable proactive contract extensions and retain customers Ensure all elements of the contract are met and Origin Zero delivers on our commitments

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a similar Customer Relationship/Success, Account Management role
- Proven experience and knowledge working with Energy products (essential)
- Detail oriented with exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to thrive in a face-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously Proficient in using CRM software
