The Schulz family has been farming organically and biodynamically in Timboon for over 50 years. We manufacture our delicious milk on farm and distribute far and wide to our loyal customers. Innovation across the business is something we are proud of as we look to improve our impact on the land and continue providing a premium product to our valued customers. Demand for the Schulz range of product has never been higher.

Set on a 1000 acre farm just on the outskirts of Timboon, our factory is literally connected to our dairy giving us access to the freshest milk possible. We produce a range of dairy products including cheese, butter, milk, cream and yogurts which are distributed locally, throughout Victoria and interstate.

We are a just in time business operating in a fast paced environment supporting the person next to you to get the job done. You will be a valued member of the team and hold a pivotal position in our senior management team, reporting directly to the General Manager.

The distribution arm of our business operates out of our Melbourne warehouse and is a significant point of difference to our business and one we strive to grow. Being vertically integrated enables us to have meaningful relationships with our customers and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be in a unique position to genuinely connect our customers to the land on which our product is produced. You will be a conduit between the teams in Melbourne regarding delivery of product and the team in Timboon where the product is created, keeping customer satisfaction top of mind.

**A bit about what will keep your day full**

High engagement with customers sharing the story of Schulz and our premium range of products

Liaising with Timboon operations and Melbourne operations

Strategic direction of sales and identifying growth opportunities

Build a values based culture within the customer service and sales based team

Co-ordination of the Farmers Market team and their rosters

In-store tastings and events/markets

Key account management and development of new business

Face to face interaction with customers

Supporting accounts receivable team
