Customer Relationship Advisor

As a Customer Relationship Advisor, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will actively engage with customers, resolve inquiries, and offer personalised solutions to ensure they have a seamless experience with our company. Your ability to communicate effectively, empathise with customers, and manage relationships will be key to your success in this role. **Responsibilities**: - Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, leveraging customer intimacy to ensure renewals of Service contracts - Define a common strategy in customer relationship management (aligned with the Area Supervisor) - Assist the commercial department in the negotiation of new Service Contracts, amendments, and service quotations - Assist with answering contractual questions from Customers, the Sales Department, and Area Supervisors - Deal with technical open cases resolution process (Proactive communication, regular meetings, close collaboration with Product Support Dpt., etc.) - Control project Billing plan including adequate invoicing of variables, bonuses and penalties - Ensure correct information in SAP and Sales Force related to the Contract - Responsible for contract availability monthly monitoring and negotiation with customer related to the production period - Out - Scope and drive customer communications to recover - Deconstruct the contract with scope creep knowledge **Qualifications & Skills**: - 1-3 years of relevant experience - Experience in product sales or service function are highly desirable - Bachelor of Business (or equivalent) **Competencies**: - Handling "Customer expectations" and align to Vestas process flow - Customer relationship skills - Manage Customer meetings - Contract interpretation and track the progress - Upselling and transactional skills - Basic Financial Knowledge - Voice of Vestas to Customer **Our Benefits** - Join the World's Leading Wind Energy Solutions Provider - Excellent Career Development opportunities both Nationally and Globally - A workplace that embraces Diversity and Inclusion - Flexible workplace arrangements - 13 weeks Paid Primary Carers Leave - 3 weeks Paid Secondary Carers Leave - Employee Assistance Program **BEWARE - RECRUITMENT FRAUD** **DEIB Statement** At Vestas, we recognize the value of diversity, equity, and inclusion in driving innovation and success.
