- Can work a flexible roster across a 7 days. _Consistent **weekend** and **afternoon **availability is essential._
- _Successful applicants must maintain a current CPR qualification & WWCC._

**_Aquatic Achievers will cover the cost of any qualification required for the role. _**

**The role**:
Our customer service team are a vital part of our team, helping us to deliver the best experience for our families. Whether we're there to help them manage their booking, try on a pair of flippers for the first time, or graduate their first level with us, we ensure every moment is special.

Full training will be provided.

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
