As Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients—on the phone and face to face. You will ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient customer service experience. You’ll coordinate appointments, manage patient flow, handle administrative tasks, and assist in maintaining a professional and caring environment.

Skills & Attributes
- Previous experience in a medical reception preferred
- Proficient in practice management software (Best practice)
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Medical Administration, or equivalent is desirable
- Ability to show empathy, patience, and professionalism under pressure
- Sound knowledge of privacy and confidentiality requirements
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
