We are seeking someone with a strong background in the dental industry, either as a Dental Assistant/Receptionist or Clinical Coordinator for a specialist customer success position.
The role is based in North Sydney, is full time and starts now. The office is easily accessible by public transport and offers an excellent corporate structure to develop your career.
You will be the first point of contact for the company and be required to provide technical support and product information.
**Duties include**:
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Provide technical support and advice
- Maintain awareness with compliance and financial rules and terms of business
- Manage multiline phone system
- Process orders, sales, returns, warranties, posting and invoices
- Handle enquires from sales and team and customers
**To be successful you need;**
- At least 2 years experience in the dental industry either as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist and previous experience in orthodontics is advantageous
- Good communication and spoken English and great telephone manner
- Intermediate computer skills
- Looking for a long term opportunity
