Our Medical Imaging team based in **North Lakes**are on the lookout for a **Casual Medical Receptionist**to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. Our Lumus Imaging clinic provides a wide range ofradiology services to patients including X Rays, CT Scan’s, Ultrasounds, MRI, Nuc Med, Womens imaging & BMD.

As a casual team member you will provide coverage for unplanned and holiday leave across our Reception teams in our **North Lakes, Murrumba Downs, Peninsula** clinics. This position is responsible for managing both in person and phone/computer based service to patients and practitioners, being able to multitask and provide high attention to detail is essential.

Working hours will be across **7.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday and rotational Saturdays**, as this is a Casual support role there are no set days for this postion.

**You will be responsible for all reception duties including**:

- Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
- Make radiology exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
- Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
- Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
