We are seeking a motivated and experienced support coordinator to join our NDIS team to support our participants in the Adelaide Metro area on a permanent full-time basis. UnitingSA continues to expand NDIS services in both metro and regional areas, and this role is integral to the growing Support Coordination team.

**About the role**

The role is responsible for the provision of individualised, capacity building support to participants. As a Support Coordinator you will work with participants to:

- Understand, implement and monitor their NDIS plan
- Identify and connect with mainstream services and NDIS providers
- Engage with providers and establish service agreements
- Navigate the MyPlace Participant portal
- Manage service bookings and monitor budgets

**About you**

You will demonstrate a positive and professional "can-do" attitude, excellent communication and time-management skills, with the ability to work as a member of a team and autonomously when needed. You will hold a tertiary qualification in Community Services, Social Work or other relevant discipline and have demonstrable experience working within the NDIS sector.

A Working with Children Clearance and current First Aid Certificate will be highly regarded.
