WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING OUR NEXT SUPER STAR PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

The Role is to support the project management team in the delivery of general administration duties.

The role would include managing incoming projects, converting successful tenders within our system, scheduling and ordering of subcontractors and materials.

Updating of roster and registers Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports as directed by the management general cost controlling including, invoicing, job creation and maintenance and expense claims

**Highly desirable qualities and experience include**:

- High level communication and writing skills
- Understanding the requirements for council and utility permits
- Entering budgets, completing checklists and site specific documentation
- Oversee the management and updating of the internal management system.
- Assist with project training requirements
- Manage site purchase order system including reconciling invoices to purchase orders
- Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills
- Time management skills Microsoft Office Suite basic

**Working conditions on offer**:

- Monday to Friday full time position (Early finishes on a Friday)

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cockburn Central, WA 6164: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
