**Core Responsibilities**- Build, socialise, and execute full-year strategic marketing/promotional plans for specific eCommerce sites across local ecommerce retailers (e.g. e-com calendar, paid search, social, newsletters, landing pages, etc).- Support sales in key customer planning activities, development and execution of off-site traffic driving plans.- Responsible for crafting detailed campaign/activity plans in collaboration with KAM and customer- Lead on-platform advertising execution for key partner sites (e.g. Amazon) while upholding LEGO brand values and tailoring approach to specific markets and Partners.- Perform market analysis including understanding changes of LEGO product market share, understanding key category trends and market dynamics, and identifying growth opportunities within specific eCommerce channels.- Analyze key competitor actions & strategies and emerging trends in eCommerce Marketing.- Conduct promotional activity analysis - understanding lift and return on investment from promotional activity; develop insights and provide recommendations for marketing strategies for partner sites.- Support development of local platform marketing strategy, including assortment portfolio by partner, price-point guidelines, promotional guidelines, strategies on channel priorities.

The Ecommerce team is a growing part of LEGO ANZ’s Sales team, leading strong growth in the overall ANZ business as a strategic priority channel.

This role will lead ecommerce marketing planning and execution across strategic key accounts including hands-on-keyboard work with on-site advertising, to drive growth.

The successful applicant is will bring digital/ecommerce expertise and experience to not only drive the success of the channel, but to help build stronger digital capabilities in the Sales team and overall BU ANZ to innovate for the future.

The role will also collaborate with cross functional teams to lead and implement e-Comm campaigns in driving business growth and to deliver on our Partner Promise. In true LEGO fashion, have fun doing it and ultimately bring the LEGO play experience to reach more children in ANZ.

**Do you have what it takes?**- Prior experience in marketing, analytics, eCommerce or related field.- Detailed knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices in the B2B landscape.- Direct “hands on keyboard” experience with digital media for B2B eCommerce accounts (e.g. Amazon Advertising) or external media agencies- Experience with consumer-packaged goods.- Understanding of large international eCommerce sites, including understanding of market dynamics and key interdependencies.- Ability to partner with cross functional teams including but not limited to sales, brand marketing & analytics, in order to tackle sophisticated problems and deliver financial results.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data in an organized manner.- Experience working with Amazon Retail / Experience in sales function.- Previous role focused on shopper-orientation and, customer-focus.- Cross-functional collaboration experience with marketing functions, especially digital marketing (preferably performance marketing)- Strong openness and proactive attitude to engage, spar and influence on key responsibilities.- Independent, energetic and willing to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial atmosphere.- Understand what it means to achieve success with others and through others- A learning mentality, embracing and thriving with change
