**We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join the H&M Australia Omni Merchandising team as an E-Commerce Merchandiser**

As an E-commerce Merchandiser, you will run H&M's biggest store together with your team. You will achieve the goals for your concept, by taking actions to drive net sales, reach set profit targets, with the best commercial plan.

**Job Description**:
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Drive profitable net sales for your concept by analyzing your sales figures, taking and executing actions according to the opportunities, threats and priorities identified
- Have the best commercial plan pre-season and in-season for your concept based on customer behavior, sales results, commercial belief and previous learnings
- Securing the best Online customer offer together with the E-commerce Visual Merchandisers Site Specialists
- Manage the stock levels of your concept by giving input on the buying and ensuring stock freshness
- Work with sales planning and daily sales actions
- Give ongoing input to the seasonal buying based on selling tendencies and stock forecasting
- Work closely with logistics to secure stock flow and stock availability
- Work closely with retail merchandising team, customer insights and marketing team to secure the omni commercial plan
**Qualifications**:
Your skills and background
- Have an academic degree within business or engineering, newly graduated or significant working experience in comparable role within a sales and result driven environment.
- You are sales driven and have a strong commercial awareness.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn your analysis into actions that you can implement in your team.
- Have a genuine interest in working with different systems and good knowledge in excel.
- A keen interest in driving results and constantly improving ways of working.
- Strong solutions mindset is a must.
- Leadership qualities with strong and clear communication skills.
- Prior experience working as an E-commerce Merchandiser or similar role will be a plus. Experience working in retail is preferred.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

This is a full-time position based in Sydney, Australia. You will become a part of the E-commerce sales team and report directly to the E-commerce Head of Merchandising.
