**Role Purpose**
In this role, you will be responsible for strategically driving and delivering the E-Commerce and Marketing strategy to ensure we hit our sales growth objectives for the Australian Neverfail business. You will be accountable for the Neverfail E-Commerce platform, ensuring it is low touch and continues to attract and retain new business as well as managing our customers through this platform via eDM’s, push notifications and proactive communications on seasonal impacts. You will also be responsible for the Neverfail website, our social and digital platforms and the businesses marketing from our truck branding, IAP process to promotions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strategic thinking, whilst having the agility to manage our people and understand the technical nature of our E-Commerce platform, digital & social media platforms as well as our website. The role requires strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of developing and operating a best practise e-commerce platform, strong verbal and communication skills and exceptional leadership skills to engage and inspire the Marketing & E-Commerce team.

**_Neverfail Website, E-Commerce, Social & Digital Media management_**
- Consistently develops and drives our Digital Picture of Success, incorporating insight around Digital Shopper Methodologies. This will include establishing best practice across Digital channels such as Social, eDMs, e-Commerce platform and the Neverfail Website.
- You will leverage your excellent communication & collaboration skills to understand both business & customer challenges and co-design insight-led digital solutions, leveraging your creative thinking & problem-solving skills, consistently striving to raise the bar.
- As a data-driven leader together with your understanding of e-commerce shopper analytics & core Digital Marketing performance & conversion metrics, you will establish Test-and-learn methodologies, setting clearly defined KPIs, to drive both innovation & Digital Commerce Activation best practice.
- Utilising your analytical skills you will develop and maintain a future growth & opportunities matrix, driving ROI led prioritisation and influencing engagement across both internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively seek opportunities to ensure Neverfail participation across cross-functional, cross-system digital-led projects.
- Foster a sense of urgency in driving Digital Commerce capabilities within the Neverfail business through leveraging the broader enterprise and expertise. This will include embedding themselves into a Centre of Excellence peer group across counterparts in Retail eCommerce, Route/On The Go, and Aggregators
