E-Commerce Manager | $120-130k+Super | Parramatta Region | WFH Flexibility

**Your new company**
Your new company is a national manufacturer of consumer goods seeking an E-Commerce Manager to bolster their wider Marketing function. This company is a market leader in industries that include scented candles, fragrant products amongst a broad range of high quality products.

**Your new role**
Your new role will involve managing the wider E-Commerce function with the purpose of developing and delivering across the organisation on direct to consumer sites through the delivery of best practice user experience on brand websites and managing these sites, to meet objectives.
This will include:

- Being responsible for trading across all platforms, including marketplaces utilised by the business
- Deliver sales reports and liaising with Sales team to deliver accurate sales forecasts
- Manage eCommerce reporting and feedback detailed analysis and insights to the team on key business metrics including site performance, conversion rates, items per transaction, AOV, sales by product etc.
- Manage 3PL/dispatch & Logistics to ensure best-practice delivery experience in line with brand guidelines

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this position, you will need to have 3+ years of experience working in an E-Commerce Manager or similar position. A proactive attitude towards work and desire to build relationships within a closely knit team is essential to being successful in this role. You will also have previously worked with data insights in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills.
