THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you a proactive visionary with a passion for Digital Marketing & E-Commerce?
Reporting to the CEO, The Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the e-commerce strategy including overseeing the social media platforms and marketplaces. This role is responsible for delivering marketing initiatives that boost sales, customer engagement and retention and build our brand awareness.

**Your responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Website content management including homepage, category pages, landing pages, promotional flags, navigation, and other on-site content.
- Managing social media accounts, including several Facebook and Instagram accounts, as well as the company LinkedIn, YouTube and Gumtree accounts.
- SEO & improving the organic ranking by using Google Search Console and Keyword Planner.
- Running & planning effective Google Search Ads and Display Ads with optimised CPCs.
- Monitor customer satisfaction scores and direct messaging and comments via social media platforms and raise with customer service team.
- Manage EDM Campaigns.
- Supporting with the organisation of industry days, country & trade shows.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCEED

We are particularly interested in someone who possesses the ability to think innovatively and is driven to make a meaningful impact. To be successful in this role, you ideally have:

- 5+ years' experience in a similar E-Commerce or Digital Marketing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem solving mindset with an ability to draw meaningful business insights from data analytics and prepare reporting.
