**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the Aftershock PC Australia website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product listings, pricing, and descriptions.
- Collaborate with the product, purchasing and marketing teams to gather information on new components, builds, specifications, and pricing.
- Update the website with new product launches, promotions, and pricing changes in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure product information and pricing accuracy across the website.
- Optimize product copy and descriptions to enhance SEO performance and maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging product pages.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to make recommendations for competitive pricing and product positioning.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address any website-related issues or customer inquiries.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall user experience and streamline the online purchasing process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within the computer or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (shopify), content management systems, and web analytics tools.
- Familiarity with computer components, gaming PCs, and related accessories.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Extreme attention to detail, ensuring accurate and consistent product information.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling product copy and descriptions.
- Experience with SEO optimisation and driving online sales.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
