We're now looking for an Ecommerce & Office Assistant who's passionate about digital retail, enjoys variety in their day, and thrives in a collaborative small team environment.

About the Role

This hands-on role is primarily focused on eCommerce operations, with light office administration support as needed. You'll play an integral part in maintaining our online store, assisting with digital campaigns, and ensuring our customer experience stays as polished as our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce & Digital Operations

  • Manage daily website updates, product uploads, and merchandising on Shopify.
  • Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal collections.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and digital content creation.
  • Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth user experience.
  • Assist with reporting and data tracking to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Liaise with logistics to monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments.
  • Collaborate with the retail and marketing teams to ensure online and in-store alignment.

Office Support

  • Assist with general admin tasks and ad hoc office needs.
  • Help with occasional deliveries, stock dispatch, or fashion week events.
  • Support day-to-day operations in the new office to keep everything running smoothly.

About You

  • 1–2 years' experience in ecommerce, customer service, or retail admin.
  • Familiar with Shopify, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A self-starter with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with a good eye for presentation and digital design.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
  • Interest in fashion, jewellery, or boutique retail is a big plus
