The eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for ecommerce efforts including uploading and modifying products, implementing promotions and marketing content, conversion rate and performance improvement initiatives, and functionality optimization.

**We Seek an individual with**:

- Pro-active with the ability to take ownership and accountability for actions
- High level of communication, both verbal and written
- Willing to go the extra mile to see the job through to completion
- Strong understanding of best practice, administrative proficiency, and attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines on a weekly basis

**We require an Individual with**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role and a sound understanding of digital and online business
- Understanding of digital, social media marketing to drive sales
- Knowledge of and experience using a CMS (Content Management System) to manage stock online
- Sound understanding of website infrastructure and ecommerce platforms
- High level of MS office skills e.g. word, excel and outlook
- Proficiency in google analytics and platform reporting
