**Calling all passionate customer service superstars with Loan, Banking or Debt Management experience**

Troocoo are assisting a valued Government client recruit
**multiple** Customer Service Officers (AO3) commencing ASAP for an initial 3 month period, with possible extensions.
- $44.49 p/hour + super | Brisbane CBD based | Full-time positions only_

These roles will be the first point of customer contact assisting with providing information, advice and preparing documentation in relation to loan/banking, debt management or arrears.

**The role**:

- Managing a high volume of calls within the contact centre
- Conducting interviews (either over the phone or in person) with customers
- Attentively listening to customer enquiries and providing advice and resolutions
- Negotiating appropriate arrangements to clear debt while monitoring arrangements to ensure they are kept
- Providing information regarding safety net options available to customers experiencing financial hardship
- Records and document management
- Maintaining a positive, professional and caring attitude towards customer

**Other important details**
- You must be able to work full-time hours
- Busy, supportive and high performing team

**About you**:

- Experience within **customer service (loans, banking or debt management industry ideally) & contact centre **is essential
- Ability to be flexible and work with busy schedules and deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport
- Communicating information clearly and concisely
