**Key Responsibilities**:

- Store Operations: Manage daily store activities, ensuring efficient and profitable

operations.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance

and customer service standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage orders, and maintain

inventory accuracy.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and

enhance profitability.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to

ensure satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations,

and legal requirements.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar managerial role.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in inventory management and retail software.

Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

Flexibility to work during retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
