We are looking for a Scheduling/Rostering Coordinator to join our friendly and dedicated team at out Arncliffe office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic Scheduling Coordinator to lead the critical administrative functions of our business.

This role is at the heart of supporting effective business operations via relevant delivery, support and ongoing maintenance of all client and workforce management tools.

You will be responsible for rostering and end to end coordination of all contracted and casual hours within the community care portfolio as well as engaging Brokerage Agencies to assist in filling client services. You will use your excellent planning and organisational skills to make sure that each customer receives the care and support that they expect on time. This involves:

- Allocating staff with the right skills and experience to deliver the best quality care and support to each customer
- Organising staff rosters to minimise changes to the service and travel between customer's homes
- Responding efficiently to day to day changes in the care and support packages
- Answering incoming calls for the Service and making calls to clients, staff and service providers.
- Supporting and coaching Home Care Workers.
- Sourcing external contractors for services where we do not have our own staff.

You will often deal with queries from customers about their care and support. This requires a sensitive understanding of customer needs and a supportive and professional telephone manner.

You will be responsible for generalist administration duties, supporting a high call volume environment, supporting Care Coordinators with administrative duties relating to client care, assisting with recruitment duties, managing team member inquiries, data entry, checking timesheets against rosters before payroll submissions. You will also be responsible for maintaining current and necessary information on portals and electronic systems.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment
