**What this opportunity involves**:
JLL is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Guest Services Ambassador to enhance workplace experiences for our global, technologies client
Work with our local and national client facing team to deliver exceptional on-site service.
**Overview of the role**:
Provide superior customer service at reception
Manage visitor check-ins and access card issuance
Maintain pristine condition of reception and meeting spaces
Coordinate room setups, A/V services, and supplies for meetings
Handle phone operations and mail/courier deliveries
Assist with procurement and vendor management
Support facilities team with operational and financial tasks
**Sound like you? This is what we're looking for**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and reception management software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Previous reception or customer service experience preferred
