We are currently seeking an exceptional Full time Food Ambassador with a professional manner to work within the Virgin Australia Beyond Lounge at the Brisbane Domestic Airport

We are on a quest to find true hospitality professionals to be a representative of Trippas White Group and Virgin Australia. Based in our exclusive space at Brisbane airport, your extensive hospitality experience and high standard of food and wine knowledge with a self-motivated attitude will support and drive the team to meet and exceed the expectations of Virgin Australia and their most highly valued guests.

This is a rare opportunity to represent an iconic international brand such as Virgin Australia and your success will be our success.

**Your key duties will include**:

- The delivery of a la carte style dining services for Virgins most valued guest
- Ensuring such items meets and exceeds the expectation of each guest liaising with chefs and Virgin team
- Ensuring immaculate presentation of Food Service
- Maintaining kitchen hygiene

**In order to hit the ground running, you will have**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a 5 star or similar restaurant environment
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills
- Impeccable presentation and grooming
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and food safety
- Your own transportation is essential - we do provide parking
- Flexible availability to work early shifts from 3:30am, with afternoon shifts ending up to midnight on occasion - across 7 days of the week
