Aruma is seeking a dedicated and committed **Service Desk Analyst** based in our office in **Parramatta**. As an efficient, accountable and excellent service provider, in this role, you will deliver best possible level of service to all level of staff.
- Key responsibilities:_
- Ensure normal service is restored as quickly as possible to the business once an issue has been identified/logged
- To ensure a wide variety of service requests are handled effectively and efficiently
- Accurate and detailed logging for each service desk request is continually maintained
- Fellow IT&T Team members are consulted when conflicting and competing demands arise
- Prompt response to first level calls, accurate information gathering including relevant business context, investigation and providing a resolution for the incident

- You will be passionate about customer service excellence and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes to any issues that arise.
- Show enthusiasm about new technology, have confidence in providing IT solutions and advice to a range of customers.
- You will have excellent problem solving and time management skills together with strong customer service ethic.
- Completion or progression towards tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent industry experience is highly regarded
