Entry Level Role - Administration into Contracts - Immediate Start
This large infrastructure company provides construction and maintenance services to a variety of industry sectors They are looking for a Project and Contract Assistant to support the Project Managers to deliver contractual obligations and ensure the safe delivery of services.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Organises timely provision of services to meet safety, timeframes, budget and quality requirements
- Assist the review of all aspects of the project performance to ensure requirements are met
- Keeps the customer and key stakeholders informed of the service contract status and any applicable forward planning requirements
- Establishes and manages plans relating to scheduled maintenance in line with contract requirements, timeframes and budget
- Assist the review of all aspects of the services contract performance
- Ensures the delivery of operational excellence to maximise customer and key stakeholder satisfaction
- Regularly reviews operational status ensuring works are undertaken in a safe and timely manner meeting quality and budgetary requirement and client expectations
- Maintains budget and forecasting documentation for the service contracts Generates and monitors performance against key performance indicators.

This is a varied and exciting role based just outside the city centre. They offer a flexible working week including working from home.
