Civcon Civil & Project Management is seeking a Contract Administrator with experience in Residential and/or Renovation Builds to join our team. At Civcon, we pride ourselves on our outstanding service in construction of new builds and renovations of residential properties.

Your Role

As Contract Administrator you will be responsible for the coordination of all aspects of Contract Admin to ensure the quality and successful delivery of builds.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Preparation and submission of council and building applications/permits
  • Liaison with designers / suppliers and subcontractors
  • Take-offs
  • Updating of client specifications
  • Responsible for variations to scope and contract
  • Requesting quotations
  • Engagement of suppliers and subcontractors
  • Issuing of purchase orders
  • Assisting with budgets
  • Contract preparation
  • Document control
  • Assisting with the scheduling of trades
  • Attend site meetings

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential build and or renovations
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Comprehensive knowledge on Building standards
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Right to work permanently work in Australia
