Contract Assistant - Based in Jandakot, Flexible Working, Support Role
This large, well known organisation provides essential services to the people of Western Australia. They are now looking for a Contract Assistant to work out of their Jandakot office and assist the Project Managers.

About this role As the Contract Assistant, you will be required to facilitate the delivery of effective contract administration services to support the objectives of the business strategy, consistent with accepted commercial standards including timelines, quality, and scope and client satisfaction. To prepare contractual correspondence to contractors and suppliers (local, interstate and overseas).

About you
- Completion of year 12 with English & Mathematics
- Experience in the commercial contract management and administration field
- Ideally have a working knowledge of the general structure and requirements of the AS4000 series of contract conditions
- Financial management systems and contract payments including contract variations
- Contemporary filing systems and document management with emphasis on security and retention of contract documentation
- Maintaining a database and have the skills to produce reports as required
- High level of understanding, experience, and accuracy in document preparation
- Excellent stakeholder contact skills
- Effective work management skills with the ability to implement corrective and proactive measures as required to ensure required service levels are met.

This is a great role for a Junior Contracts Administrator to gain more experience in an organisation that truly encourages career development and promotion from within. A salary of around $80,000k is on offer together with work from home, onsite parking, and flexible working.
