**Key Responsibilities**:
**Pre-Contracts Commercial Management**
- Oversee all commercial aspects of bid submissions, including contract reviews, risk assessments, and the development of mitigation strategies
- Lead client negotiations and contribute to the preparation of submission documents
- Assist with scope and risk identification, subcontractor engagement, and pricing reviews

**Operational Commercial Support**
- Develop and execute claim strategies for potential or active disputes
- Provide commercial guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters
- Improve the administration of commercial contract policies, systems, and procedures
- Lead negotiations on major contract variations, claims, and renewals
- Ensure adherence to statutory and contractual compliance requirements

**Could you be our Commercial Manager?**
- Tertiary qualification in Commercial Law, Commerce, or Construction Management
- Demonstrated experience in commercial management or contract administration or management, with a strong legal foundation
- In-depth knowledge of contract and construction law, as well as commercial project administration
- Proven ability to deliver strong commercial outcomes in operational settings
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
