Job Description

**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Business partner with senior stakeholders across Inghams’ primary processing sites, looking at key drivers of cost and supporting Operations with continuous improvement and commercial recommendations
- Lead, coach and develop a high performing team of seven who are geographically dispersed
- Prepare budgets, quarterly forecasts and financials
- Provide analysis of operating performance and identification of savings opportunity
- Review and maintain site standards
- Support By-products and Ingredients in Commercial deals
- Assist in preparation of site capex proposals and complete post implementation reviews
- Monitor balance sheet accounts ensuring accuracy of financial records
- Lead Labour Benchmarking & Optimisation
- Conduct Site Yield benchmarking review
- Coordinate SKU profitability reviews along with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Managers and Ops

**Key requirements**:

- Professional qualification
- CA or CPA a must
- At least 5-7 years’ experience working as Finance lead supporting manufacturing operations, preferably food FMCG
- Proven business partnering skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and technology skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and complex business environment
- Proficient in using multiple management information systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Willing to travel interstate
- Self-starter, highly motivated, takes ownership and looks to value add
- Self-assured verbal and written communicator, with a good stakeholder engagement skillset
- An analytical and critical thinker, particularly in the context of problem solving
- An enthusiastic team player
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting work priorities in a fast-paced environment
