As part of the **Sales and Development team** at Activ, the **Customer Engagement Coordinator** is reporting to the **Head of Sales & Development**. We have three positions available: - **2x Full-time Monday - Friday 38hrs p/wk** Location: 1x South Metro 1x South West **1x Part-time 15hrs p/wk (days of work to be confirmed)** Location South Metro To learn more about the team and meet one of Customer Engagement Leads please follow the link: **A typical day in the role may look like ** - Successfully engage with and sell Activ services and products in a profitable and meaningful way to potential and existing customers - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to case manage customers in the creation and review of customer plans and services to achieve independence goals and secure appropriate funding - Accurately capture customer information within Activ systems to enable customer set up and claiming - Through good relationships with planners, negotiate appropriate supports and funding needs for customers - Promote Activ's accommodation services managing a sales funnel of enquiries, facilitating positive customer experience - Working with person-centred and culturally sensitive issues to deliver positive outcomes - Provide support and guidance on relevant service standards and related legislation - Maintaining timely and precise service agreements reflective of the services purchased to ensure Activ are paid for the services they deliver - Regularly conducting customer service reviews engaging all relevant stakeholders to assess and recommend future services and support needs - Develop a thorough understanding of the NDIS regulations, funding and Activ eligibility/ viability requirements to enable quality support and advice to be provided to customers (new and existing) - Comply with NDIS legislation at all times, upholding Activ’s Code of Conduct and adhering to all Policies and Procedures - Previous experience in the disability sector with detailed knowledge of NDIS funding and practice standards regulations - Thorough understanding of how Activ’s vision and an ability to translate it into contemporary services that support people with disability - Demonstrated experience in successfully selling services to people living with a disability and their supporters with person-centred principles - Experience working with family dynamics and culturally sensitive issues to deliver positive outcomes - Proven understanding of relevant service standards and related legislation - Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is essential. - Current First Aid Course - A valid "C" class WA Driver's Licence is required. - WWCC (Working with Children Check) - National Police Clearance and/or NDIS worker screening check. - NDIS Worker Orientation Module **_To deliver the best service for our customers, we strive toward a workforce that reflects the diverse community that we support.
