**Job description**

Tenacity CX are Australia's leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Customer Experience and Contact Centre Industry. We are proud partners of a Global Financial Administration company, who are looking for multiple Client Service Officers to join their team based in an office environment.

**What you will be doing in the role**:

- Providing administrative, back of house and processing assistance
- Production and creation of data, proxy forms and reports
- Working in a structured, fast paced, supportive, team environment
- Following guidelines and procedures to meet compliance requirements

**What we are looking for**:

- Demonstrated customer service experience, either face to face or over the phone
- Demonstrated administrative/BOH/processing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong technical skills - ability to pick up systems quickly
- A quick learner with a positive 'can-do' attitude is a must
- Ability to follow processes and work towards KPI's
- Ability to work well in a team environment
